Slip End Parish Council meetings are generally held on the first Monday of each month (except August) and are open to the public.

The Parish Council meetings are always held at Slip End Village Hall and commence at 7.30pm. The dates for the following financial year are:

There is no meeting held in August
Monday 6th September 2010
Monday 4th October 2010
Monday 1st November 2010
Monday 6th December 2010
Monday 10th January 2011
Monday 7th February 2011
Monday 7th March 2011
Monday 4th April 2011

An Agenda for each meeting is posted on this website and on the four parish notice boards the Wednesday before the meeting. If you would like to view the Agenda for the next meeting click HERE

There are two opportunities at the meeting for you raise matters that you wish to bring to the attention of the council: at the beginning to comment on agenda items, and at the end of the meeting to raise any other matters.

The Parish Notice Boards are located:

* Manor Road - Between Elaine Gardens and Woodside Road in Lower Woodside
* Grove Road Bus Stop - In Woodside
* Inside the bus shelter on Half Moon Lane in Pepperstock
* On the Markyate Road side on the corner shop at the cross roads in Slip End

The Minutes from each meeting are uploaded onto this website once they have been approved by the Parish Council, which is usually at the next Parish Council Meeting. Minutes of this years meetings can be found HERE

BT Telephone Box - Front Street - UPDATE!
We are now under the impression that the telephone box on Front Street is repaired and in full working order! Our Chairman can confirm it has a dialling tone!
